17H1172 / 27H1143 Oil Filter Collar/Washer. 

Fits to the end of the oil filter cannister and holds 17H1173 ‘o’ ring in place.

Also used on the low pressure hydraulic filter on Leyland 344, 384, 255, 270, 262, 272 (standard cab and cabless tractors), Leyland 262, 272, 462, 472, 282, 482, 502 (QM Cab tractors) and Marshall 502 (QM Cab tractors).
