7H25 / 500319 SPRING.  Filter Support Spring.

This spring is fitted as engine oil filter support spring to Nuffield tractors with either Vokes or Purulater filters (see number 5 in the attached illustration of Leyland Oil Filter Assembly).

The same spring is also used as low pressure hydraulic filter support spring on Leyland and Marshall tractors with a hydraulic filter assembly (see number 35 in the attached illustration of Leyland Hydraulic Filter Assembly).
