8G2389/AEM5207 MAIN BEARING SHELLS.  Standard main bearing set for main bearing with diameter 54.005 mm to 54.025 mm fitted in the BMC 1800cc diesel engine.

You will use five main bearings per engine in Leyland Marshall, BMC, Thornycroft, Sherpa vans and pickups.

Note: If your crankshaft is worn or damaged it can be reground making it undersize to take undersized bearings. Undersized (U/S) bearings have same measurement at outer side but are a little bit thicker from inner side. The following standard and undersize bearings are available;
