Nuffield, Leyland and Marshall dual Clutch and PTO coupling Lock Tab with two 3/8” diameter bolt holes. See No.11 on the illustration Here
Early Nuffields had 5/16” bolt holes and later Marshall tractors used socket screws and threadlock.
On the Leyland 285 and 2100 tractors it is also used as a Lock Tab for the power steering Ram Anchor Pin (part number CTJ4942).
