17H1071 Damping valve for Nuffield Universal Four 4DM tractors with pneumatic governened injector pumps.

Fitted in the pneumatic governor housing in the BMC 3.4 litre diesel engine.  This engine was not only fitted to tractors it was also fitted in Morris commercial trucks of the same era.
