ATJ5831 Leyland and Marshall Wheel Stop Screw – P.A.V.T.  (Power Assisted Variable Track).

Two screws used per wheel, four screws used per tractor.  Item number 5 in the illustration.

PAVT became popular in the 1970’s to add weight to the rear axle and ease the ‘downtime’ for adjusting the track settings.
