Our Aim.

We will always endeavour to provide the most cost effective and efficient delivery service available.

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 3pm on the same day, using the delivery services listed below. However, some orders may take longer to collect. We may at our discretion use alternative delivery services. If you’re order is time critical please contact us before ordering.

Online shopping Limitations

Certain large, heavy or high value items will not be available to purchase online. Where this is the case it will be clearly indicated on the product page. If your order exceeds the weight limit you will not be allowed to proceed with your order online and will be advised before completing checkout. If you find any of these limits apply to your order please contact us and we will be able to take your order by phone, email or in person.

Our Charges

For online orders the delivery charge is automatically selected and calculated at checkout. It will be based on both the final packed weight and dimensions of the parcel and your delivery address. Generally speaking lighter parcels will be assigned to Royal Mail and heavier parcels will be assigned to Parcelforce.

If the service offered at checkout is not suitable for you please contact us for alternative options.

UK Delivery Guide

Royal Mail 1st Class

Most UK parcels will be delivered the next working day after dispatch but this may take longer if you are located in the Highlands or Islands of the UK. We find Royal Mail to be extremely reliable but this is not a guaranteed service and is dependent on external factors outside of our control. Parcelforce UK

Most parcels will be delivered the next working day after dispatch but will take longer if you are located in the Highlands or islands of the UK. International Delivery Guide

Royal Mail Airmail

Most parcels will be delivered to Europe within three to five days and to the rest of the world within five to seven days. However, on arrival in the destination country your goods will be subject to customs clearance and assessment for import duties and taxes. While we provide all the necessary documentation to facilitate a smooth transition this may still cause a delay in delivery of your order. RETURNS INFORMATION

In the case of sales online or by phone you have the right to cancel all or part of your contract at any time up to 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods purchased. This is a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

In addition to your statutory rights we offer a “goodwill returns policy”. If goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase, undamaged, unused, in the original packaging (if appropriate) and in a resalable condition we will be happy to either refund the purchase price or exchange your item. All returned goods should be accompanied with a fully completed returns note. You can download a returns note HERE.

You must must bear the cost of the return unless the item/items are incorrect or faulty.
